European Core Property Fund Italy is a closed-ended real estate alternative investment fund reserved to professional investors. Established in November 2017, the fund is dedicated to Core Plus investments, that may request limited renovation programs, in the office, retail, residential, logistics or industrial market.  The Fund is composed of 3 assets, of which 2 logistics properties and a portion of land, all located in Northern-italy.
