Keystone is a closed-end fund reserved for institutional investors dedicated at the management and the enhancement of mainly unlikely-to-pay (UTP) credits.
The fund is placed at the service of Italian banking institutions that intend to entrust highly specialized managers with credits owed to small and medium-sized Italian companies in order to favor the maximization of their recovery – also through recourse to Nuova Finanza – and, at the same time, benefit from the derecognition of credits from their balance sheets.
The structure of the fund is designed to accommodate multiple waves of investment by both existing investors and new lenders.
The fund makes use of the strategic collaboration of EY which, as advisor, assists Kryalos SGR in portfolio scouting and due diligence activities, and which supports Kryalos SGR in the process of management and enhancement of individual loans, as well as in any restructuring activities of debtor companies.
