The units of this Fund, in which the company co-invested, were subscribed by an high standing international institutional investor through the collection of cash subscriptions for a total of €100 million. Kryalos Opportunity Fund I, which has a mixed Value Added risk/return profile, has an investment program in Italy, mainly in the North, dedicated to the redevelopment of assets (offices, logistics, hotel or retail).
