Urania is a closed-end real estate alternative investment fund reserved for professional investors; the fund management mandate was transferred to Kryalos SGR in October 2020.
Active since 2017, its shareholder is Coop Alleanza 3.0, the largest and most important of the consumer cooperatives in the Coop system. Urania is a retail fund and includes 6 Shopping Centers, a retail park and a small office block located in Puglia and Emilia-Romagna for a total GLA of approximately 57,000 square meters.
