Built in the ‘60s-early ‘70s, the complex is located in the historical centre of Florence, in the district called “Santa Croce”.
The area is about 14,000 sqm and it was built to host both the editorial staff and the printing facilities of La Nazione, a national newspaper belonging to the Poligrafici Editoriale Group and part of the QN Quotidiano Nazionale network.
Nowadays, the complex has been renovated and converted into offices and retail spaces leased to well-established national and international companies.
