This prestigious, stand-alone trophy building dates back to 1910 and it’s located next to the new Porta Nuova Station and new Italian HQ of Banca Intesa.
Floors, four above ground plus an attic floor and the underground directly connected to ancient historical tunnels, are arranged around a beautiful courtyard which also hosts some parking spaces.
The marvelous façades, enriched with columns and stone decorations completely renewed, make the building one of the finest examples of Stile Umbertino, an architectural movement of the 19th century.
