Acquired in 2019 by the Virtus fund managed by Kryalos SGR, the asset in viale Regina Giovanna, 27-29 is undergoing redevelopment and is targeting LEED PLATINUM certification. Located in the center of Milan, close to Porta Venezia, the complex has an area of approximately 24,000 square meters and will house Grade A high standing offices, with excellent finishes and highly efficient energy performance. The project is signed by @GBPA Architects and is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
