Kryalos SGR has accomplished on behalf of the Camelot Fund the acquisition of a logistic portfolio composed of four assets located in the cities of Oppeano (VR) and Cameri (NO) with a total area of approximately 160,000 square meters. The assets have been sold by Ippocrate Fund managed by IDeA FIMIT SGR.

This investment represents the second acquisition of the Camelot Fund which last march acquired from Castello SGR a first logistic portfolio consisting of six assets, located in Northern Italy too.

With the acquisition of this new portfolio, the Camelot Fund comes to manage ten properties for an area of over 300,000 square meters.

Kryalos SGR S.p.A. started its business activity in August 2015 following the acquisition of Henderson Global Investors SGR S.p.A. and after changing the name of the latter. In addition to the Camelot Fund, Kryalos SGR has 16 funds under management in the office, retail, logistics and hotel sectors with € 2.5 billion of AUM.
