Kryalos SGR, a private and independent asset management company with €14.2 billion in assets under management (AuM), has finalized the acquisition of a last-mile logistics portfolio consisting of 13 assets through a fund managed by Blackstone, from Logiman and its affiliates

The properties are located in Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont, and Emilia-Romagna, areas which are characterized by high infrastructure accessibility and proximity to the country’s main motorway and logistics hubs. With a total GLA of approximately 107,000 sqm, the acquisition strengthens Kryalos’ leadership in the last-mile logistics segment, currently one of the most dynamic and strategic of the Italian real estate market.

The portfolio consists of 11 standing assets and two additional properties of approx. 35,000 sqm, with completion expected between 2026 and 2027. The existing properties are newly built and constructed to the highest quality standards with attention to energy consumption and environmental impact. All the assets are BREEAM certified and equipped with photovoltaic systems to serve tenants and improve the efficiency of the activities carried out inside. The assets are currently leased to leading logistics operators active at national and international level.
