The properties, located respectively in Rho (Milan), Secugnago (Lodi) and Parma, have a total GLA of over 53,000 sqm and 137 loading bays, with an index of 2.6 bays per 1,000 sqm. All assets are located in strategic areas, characterised by their immediate proximity to major highway exits, and are fully leased to leading national and international logistics operators.

The portfolio consists of an asset located in Monticelli d’Ongina as well as the recent acquisitions, totalling a surface of over 76,000 sqm and consolidating its presence in the Italian logistics real estate investment market.
