The portfolio, sold by the Mazer Fund and acquired through the fund named ‘HEPP 1 Italy A’ managed by Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR Spa, consists of five logistics buildings, all fully leased and located in Orbassano (Turin), San Pietro Mosezzo (Novara) and Oleggio (Novara).

The Orbassano property has a GLA of approximately 7,340 sqm, is equipped with 11 loading bays and 3 ground-level doors, and is located within the Turin freight village, 20 km from the Piedmontese capital and 24 km from the A4 motorway (Milan – Turin) entrance.

The three properties located in San Pietro Mosezzo have a total GLA of approximately 86,000 sqm, are equipped with 100 loading bays and are located 54 km from Milan, 5 km from Novara and the Novara Ovest motorway exit on the A4 motorway.

The property in Oleggio has a GLA of over 41,500 sqm, is equipped with 26 loading bays and 12 doors, and is strategically located 50 km from Milan, 12 km from Malpensa Airport, and 19 km from the Novara Est motorway exit on the A4 motorway.
