Kryalos SGR, a private and independent asset management company with €14.2 billion in assets under management, announces the completed sale of a property portfolio comprising five retail cash-and-carry assets located in Piedmont and Liguria. The sale was carried out by the Fiori Chiari closed-end alternative property fund, managed by Kryalos SGR.

The portfolio consists of properties located in Nichelino (TO), Burolo (TO), Turin, Novara and Vado Ligure (SV), with a total surface area of approximately 37,000 square metres. The assets are fully leased to GS S.p.A., a company belonging to the NewPrinces Group, with an occupancy rate of 100%.

The transaction represents a significant step in the process of enhancing and divesting the assets of the Fiori Chiari Fund and confirms the market’s renewed interest in retail assets characterised by high occupancy rates, leading tenants and stable profitability over time.
