Kryalos SGR (formerly known as Henderson Global Investors SGR) is an independent private AIFMD-regulated fund manager, has been operational since 2005. Today the company is one of the most active players in the Italian real estate market, a reference for Italian and international institutional players who make real estate investments in Italy.

Our offices
Since April 2019 Kryalos has changed its own headquarters, moving from Brera offices to the exclusive location of Palazzo Cordusio, recently refurbished and LEED® GOLD compliant.
