Arete is an Italian closed-end real estate alternative investment fund reserved for professional investors. Established in March 2019, it focuses on office and/or retail properties located in Italy, to be restored, converted, refurbished, completed and/or enhanced. To date, the fund manages a portfolio consisting of properties located in various cities including Bologna and Rome.
