The italian closed-end real estate alternative investment fund (FIA) reserved for professional investors named Honos was established in September 2018. The fund is characterized by a Core Plus return profile and it is focused on real estate investments in Italy with office as main destination of use.
At the end of 2018 the fund finalized the acquisition of two important buildings located in Rome, close to Quirinale, more in detail in via del Quirinale, 21 (Palazzo Volpi) and in via delle Quattro Fontane, 147.
