Milan Trophy RE Fund 1 is a closed-end real estate alternative investment fund reserved for professional investors, subscribed by a club-deal of over forty investors of Mediobanca’s Private Banking division and established by Kryalos SGR in August 2019. Currently the fund manages one asset, located in Milan in via Santa Margherita, 12 and fully leased to prestigious international tenants.
