The Fund was established in june 2017 and invests in the hospitality sector and hotels located in Italy, to be to be restored, reconverted, restructured, renovated, completed and/or enhanced.

The Fund has completed its first investment by acquiring two buildings located in the city center of Rome, previously intended for office use but now reconverted into a 5 stars Luxury Hotel.
