Primitiv is an italian closed-end real estate alternative investment Fund reserved to professional investors, established by Kryalos SGR in October 2015 and fully dedicated to the logistics market. The Fund’s investment strategy includes the acquisition of logistics sheds and warehouses located throughout Italy to be leased; moreover, refurbishment and enhancement of assets and new developments should be possible. As of today, the fund’s portfolio consists of 7 logistics properties and one plot of land.
