The Britannia Excelsior Hotel is a majestic 19th century building located on the shore of Lake Como with a breathtaking view of Bellagio and the Grigna mountains. The hotel includes 13,500 square meters of internal areas and 5,300 square meters of outdoor areas. The repositioning of the complex will include over 2,000 square meters of catering facilities with bars and restaurants overlooking the lake, the largest floating pool on the lake with 1,400 square meters, a single beach of 2,300 square meters and 4,000 square meters of building area which will be converted into a spa, a conference center and parking areas.
