The Closed-End Real Estate Alternative Investment Fund (FIA) “Thunder II” managed by Kryalos SGR, specialized in logistics real estate investments, has acquired three properties for a total area of ​​35,000 square meters, located within a radius of 30 km from the city center from Milan.

Among the three assets, one is located in Tavazzano, in the province of Lodi, while the other two are located in Siziano, in the province of Pavia. Two assets are already leased, respectively to an Italian 3PL operator and to an operator active in environmental services.

The portfolio is served by a total of 95 loading docks and is well connected to the main roads thanks to the proximity of the A4 Turin-Milan-Trieste and the A1 Milan-Naples.
