Virtus is a closed-ended real estate alternative investment Fund reserved to professional investors. Its purpose is the investment of the funds raised mainly in properties with office destination of use. Established in December 2017, as of today the Fund is composed of two office buildings located in the center of Rome and five properties located in Milan.
